Service Scope and Coverage

VPNVL provides a network acceleration subscription for cross-border access and international websites: users connect to international routes through supported clients, improving network quality when reaching overseas sites and online tools. Routes currently cover 120+ countries / 180+ routes, and clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

Subscriptions come in two types. Monthly plans reset data on the same day each month: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, ¥28/month includes 500GB, and when you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Data packs are used up and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Final prices, billing periods and data allowances are as shown on the pricing page.

The service provides network access and route acceleration only. It does not supply any third-party website, app or content, and makes no commitment about the availability, content or regional policies of third-party services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is needed to sign up — a username and password are enough. An account is for the person who registered it only; there is no cap on simultaneous devices, and the same account can be signed in on any supported platform. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

Route access during an active subscription may not be resold, rented out or shared with anyone else, and subscription URLs or client configurations may not be publicly distributed or used for resale. If the same account signs in concurrently from many different networks within a short window, a security check may be triggered, and account ownership will then need to be confirmed through a ticket.

Account credentials are the user's to safeguard. Any loss caused by the user disclosing credentials, lending the account out, or saving the password on a device they do not control is borne by the user.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using the service, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your own location and of the place where the service is used, as well as the terms of service and usage policies of any third-party platform you access.

The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: infringing intellectual property rights, distributing illegal content, attacking or scanning other networks, sending spam, fraud and money laundering, and evading third-party platforms' regional licensing or payment systems.

Users are responsible for everything done through the service. If VPNVL receives a lawful request from a competent authority or a valid complaint from a rights holder, it will cooperate as the law requires and may suspend the account concerned. For how data is handled, see the Privacy Policy: the service keeps no logs and does not store what users browse.

Service Availability and Limits of Liability

VPNVL maintains its routes and clients continuously, but international bandwidth, upstream carriers, the user's local network and the policies of destination sites all affect real-world performance. The service does not guarantee that any route will be available at any time or in any region, nor that third-party sites and services will always be reachable.

Where an interruption results from route adjustments, client upgrades, upstream network failures or events beyond reasonable control, VPNVL will restore service as quickly as it can but is not liable for indirect losses arising from it, including lost profits, lost data and business interruption.

Users should judge for themselves whether the service fits their use case. For business scenarios with strict network quality requirements, it is worth starting with a small subscription to confirm route performance before committing to a long-term plan.

Account Termination

VPNVL may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: breach of the acceptable use requirements on this page; reselling, renting out or publicly distributing subscriptions; using automated means to bulk-register or abuse trials; unpaid fees, or transactions the payment channel flags as abnormal; and situations where laws or regulations require the service to stop.

Users may stop renewing at any time and stop using the service; the account simply lapses once the subscription expires. To close an account proactively, submit a request through the ticket in the user panel; how data is handled after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees after an account is terminated are handled as set out on the refund policy page; this page sets no separate rules.

Changes to These Terms and Refunds

VPNVL may update these terms to reflect changes in what the service offers, in billing practice or in legal requirements. Updated terms are published on this page with the month of last update; material changes affecting prices, billing periods or user rights are announced before they take effect through a site announcement or a notice in the account. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting the updated terms.

Refunds are not set out in detail here: a full refund with no reason required can be requested within 60 days of the first payment, and how to apply, processing times and exceptions are on the refund policy.
