Refund promise and eligibility
VPNVL offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund on first payments: a full refund can be requested within 60 days of your first payment. The window runs in consecutive calendar days from the moment the order is paid and does not pause or extend because you did not sign in, did not connect to a route, or used no data.
This policy covers the following first-payment orders:
- Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days.
- Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB and ¥658 for 3000GB. Use them at your own pace — they never expire.
Renewal orders on the same account are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund. If a billing error appears after renewal, or the subscription cannot be used normally during its term, open a ticket in the user panel and the case will be reviewed individually. Once a refund is completed, the subscription benefits end immediately and remaining data is not converted into cash.
When a refund applies
You can submit a refund request within the window if any of the following applies:
- The request is made within 60 days of your first payment, whether or not you have already connected to a route or used any data.
- A main route stays unreachable for a sustained period during the subscription term and a ticket review confirms the problem is on the service side.
- Billing errors such as duplicate charges or a paid amount that differs from the order total.
- You picked the wrong plan and have not used any data yet — you can choose a better-fitting plan after the refund.
When a refund does not apply
- Orders outside the 60-day window from the first payment.
- Data consumption within the window that far exceeds normal personal use and clearly exceeds the allowance of the plan or data pack purchased.
- The account has been used in violation of the terms: reselling, lending or sharing the subscription with unauthorised third parties, bulk registration through automated means, or using the service for activity that breaches the terms of use.
- The full allowance of a data pack has already been used up.
- A repeat request for the same order after its refund has already been processed.
If you disagree with the outcome, you can add details and evidence to the original ticket for one manual review.
How to apply and what to include
- Go to the login page from the right-hand end of the site's top navigation and sign in to the user panel with the username and password you registered with.
- Open Tickets, create a new ticket and choose the refund category. One order per ticket — duplicate submissions only push you further back in the queue.
- Give your account username, order number, payment time, payment method and amount paid, plus a one-line reason for the request.
- Tickets are handled in the order they arrive; the order and usage records are checked before a decision is issued.
- Once the refund is executed, the order status updates in the user panel.
A refund request only needs your order details — you never need to provide your account password or payment account password. The conversation in the ticket is kept as the basis for handling the case, so please do not paste personal information unrelated to the order into the ticket.
Returning to the original method and arrival times
Refunds always go back to the original payment channel; switching to a different receiving account or paying into someone else's account is not supported. Alipay refunds go to the original Alipay account, WeChat Pay to the original WeChat Pay account, and USDT back to the original paying address on the same chain and in the same coin.
After a refund is submitted, the actual arrival time depends on the payment channel's own processing cycle — the site cannot influence how fast the channel moves. The ticket records the time the refund was submitted; after that you can check the credit in the original channel's statement or on-chain record. If the funds have not arrived after the channel's usual processing period, verify with the payment channel using the ticket number, or keep asking in the original ticket.
Payment method differences and policy updates
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT all support refunds to the original method; what differs is the form of proof on the channel side:
- Alipay and WeChat Pay are account channels — the refund appears in the corresponding statement, and the statement record is what counts when checking.
- USDT is an on-chain transfer, so the transaction hash is the proof of refund. When applying, provide the original payment address and confirm that it can still receive transfers.
This page may be updated as billing rules change; after an update, the last-updated date at the top of the page applies. Orders already paid are governed by the terms in force at the time of payment. If anything on this page is unclear, open a ticket in the user panel. No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough — and tickets are also submitted from the panel.
